For those of you who are new to the team selection process, teams are selected by using the following criteria:

v v Team members will be chosen from the list compiled from the Volunteer forms that are turned in or e-mailed.

v v 50% of the team are 4^th Dayers who have never worked a weekend

v v 50% of the team are 4^th Dayers who have worked a weekend

v v A variety of congregations should be represented on the team

v v The Team Rector (i.e.: Kitchen, 4^th Day or Palanca) is a member of the team chosen by the weekend Rector who has worked the team before
